Surprised at the low rating because my room was great! Super clean, comfy bed, friendly staff (though they do seem more interested in their screens than their guests). Easy walk to the town centre and very quiet. The room was too hot but I got a fan (the third time I asked). Would happily stay here again. Great value for the price!
There was always someone there on the desk and they were helpful. The room was nice and clean and it was very quiet for me personally. For what it is I found it to be perfect and would definitely go back again if I was in the area. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel as temporary accommodation for one year and one month. Throughout my stay, the staff were always respectful, supportive, and responsive. They never delayed in helping us with anything we needed, and the level of service was excellent — truly five-star in terms of care and support. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I am very grateful for how we were treated.
I travel often and often have to stay in economical stays due to the frequency of my travel. I booked in here, reluctantly. Sadly influenced by the state of British low cost accomodation and a shocking experience the night before somewhere else. I arrived at reception. For one or other reason my booking had not been received by the hotel, further compounded by the fact that the hotel was fully booked. Without hesitation, I was upgraded by the gentleman at reception to a full apartment that is managed by the hotel a little further up the road. Excellent service and great accomodation!!! Clean. Modern. Fresh and cannot be faulted! Thank you for your hospitality and professionalism.
